Now the greatest chefs can share their best dishes in our venues, just as the greatest artists send their works to galleries and museums around the world.
Who We Are
Founded in 2012 by Belgian entrepreneur Stephane De Baets, Chefs Club is a restaurant group that features some of the world’s best chefs in three iconic locations. After featuring nearly 200 chefs from all over the world on their nightly menu and visiting chef program – from Tokyo’s Zaiyu Hasegawa to Alain Ducasse, among others, Chefs Club debuted a new, Chef Residency format in October 2017, where instead of for 1-3 nights, chefs spend 3-6 months at each restaurant, completely taking over the space and menu.
A revolutionary restaurant concept is born in Aspen, Colorado, as a collaboration between Starwood Hotels, the St. Regis Aspen ownership and Food & Wine Magazine. Curated dishes from four Food & Wine Best New Chefs are the foundation of a spectacular menu.
A group affiliated with the St. Regis Aspen purchases the concept after seeing global potential for the idea of a brand built on curating the best dishes of the best chefs.
The flagship restaurant launches in Manhattan's iconic Puck Building.
The visiting chef program is established. Chefs Club hosts 41 extraordinary talents. Strategic partnerships are developed with airlines, hotels and Champagne brands.
Alongside the visiting chef program, Chefs Club expands the concept to launch a menu of curated dishes from great chefs from all over the world, no longer limited to the Food & Wine Best New Chef issue.
Chefs Club Counter, Chefs Club's fast casual brand, opens on the corner of Spring and Lafayette streets in New York City.
Chefs Club launches the Residency Program, starting with JJ Johnson as the first Chef-in-Residence at Chefs Club NY.
