About
Now the greatest chefs can share their best dishes in our venues, just as the greatest artists send their works to galleries and museums around the world.
Who We Are
Founded in 2012 by Belgian entrepreneur Stephane De Baets, Chefs Club is a restaurant group that features some of the world’s best chefs in four iconic locations. After featuring nearly 200 chefs from all over the world on their nightly menu and visiting chef program – from Tokyo’s Zaiyu Hasegawa to Alain Ducasse, among others, Chefs Club debuted a new, Chef Residency format in October 2017, where instead of for 1-3 nights, chefs spend 3-6 months at each restaurant, completely taking over the space and menu.
Our Story
2012
A revolutionary restaurant concept is born in Aspen, Colorado, as a collaboration between Starwood Hotels, the St. Regis Aspen ownership and Food & Wine Magazine. Curated dishes from four Food & Wine Best New Chefs are the foundation of a spectacular menu.
2013
A group affiliated with the St. Regis Aspen purchases the concept after seeing global potential for the idea of a brand built on curating the best dishes of the best chefs.
2014
The flagship restaurant launches in Manhattan's iconic Puck Building.
2015
The visiting chef program is established. Chefs Club hosts 41 extraordinary talents. Strategic partnerships are developed with airlines, hotels and Champagne brands.
2016
Alongside the visiting chef program, Chefs Club expands the concept to launch a menu of curated dishes from great chefs from all over the world, no longer limited to the Food & Wine Best New Chef issue.
MARCH 2017
