Named one of the 100 Best Restaurants in the country by Time Magazine, Aspen’s Chefs Club is a restaurant in the iconic St. Regis hotel where guests can experience the spectacular signature dishes of great chefs from all around the country. The seasonal, innovative menu is a one-of-a-kind blend of recipes by brilliant chefs, including Chefs Club’s very own Culinary Director Didier Elena and Executive Chef Todd Slossberg. Chef Slossberg is well-known in Aspen for his delicious, satisfying dishes which he has showcased at vaunted Aspen institutions like Hotel Jerome and Aspen Meadows. The dishes are all prepared by the talented Chefs Club team in the open kitchen and paired thoughtfully with incredible wines from Chef Clubs terrific list by Master Sommelier Jonathan Pullis.
