This revolutionary approach to fine-dining invites chefs from around the world to bring their culinary vision to life in Aspen.
From June 15th through September 6th, Chef Matthew Accarrino will be the first Chef-in-Residence at Chefs Club Aspen. The Executive Chef of San Francisco’s Michelin-Starred SPQR will work alongside Todd Slossberg of Chefs Club Aspen to offer guests a creative and welcoming menu of seasonal and product driven food and drink with a nod to Accarrino’s Italian roots.
